Happy Birthday Mark!

Today we are celebrating not only Easter but Mark's birthday. Way back when we first started dating his birthday fell on Easter weekend and I made this recipe for bunny cake for him. Every so often over the years the bunny cake makes an appearance. When we realized Mark's birthday and Easter were on the same day this year we didn't even give him a choice as to what kind of cake he wanted. Nope, this year it's all about the BUNNY CAKE!

So between coloring Easter eggs, eating jelly beans, presents, a big dinner tonight we are really doing some celebrating today. It's hard to tell from this picture but Mark has now fully caught my cold and really isn't feeling all that much like partying today. Poor Mark! Smile - you have a brand new iPod to play with now!
